COLLEGE RECRUITING

What We Do

Our players work directly with our Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator, Emily Seidel Green, to navigate the recruiting process. This is a comprehensive process that begins with mapping out a player's interests and needs in a school, finding potential fits, and then being aggressive with communication and getting our players in front of coaches. Some of the things we do include:

  • Draft weekly emails to college coaches

  • Film and edit high-quality skills videos

  • Compete in showcases and tournaments attended by college coaches

  • Keep track of and sign our players up for college recruiting camps and clinics

  • Provide academic support and guidance to help with the college application process, grants & scholarships, financial aid, etc.

  • Mentor our athletes to help them find the overall best home for their four years of school

  • Prepare our athletes mentally and physically to perform their best, under pressure, in front of college coaches
